We make our plaques from a variety of materials including Bass Wood, Oak, Slate, Granite, Marble and Acrylic.
Unfortunately, due to the laser process we cannot allow you to visit our manufacturing site.
We reserve the right to display our work across our social networks. If you prefer not to share details of a departed loved one, please let us know.
You can order multiple orders, there is no limit.
Yes, you can order more at a later date, you will need to resend ashes and hair as we do not keep them after your first order.
The Process
You have 24 hours to change your order. Unfortunately, after this time, the design process will have started on your personalised order.
Discuss the various options with your funeral director, who will take all the details. The order will be processed on the same day and put into production as soon as payment is received. Our expert design team will create the artwork needed to create your plaque. When your plaque is ready, we will insert it into a specially designed presentation box and sent directly to your funeral director for you to collect.
We usually need a lock of hair around 4-5 cm long and the thickness of the pencil. However, if you don’t have that much, we can still create the keepsake, even with only a few single hairs!
We will need approximately 1 teaspoon of ashes per order.
From receipt of your loved one’s ashes and/or lock of hair, you will receive your completed order within 7 – 10 working days.
Yes — Please add Express Service at the time of ordering and we can start the process immediately. You can send your loved ones hair and ashes by next day delivery and we will endeavour to complete your order within 5 working days.

We have an extensive range for you to choose from. The materials are set sizes however, the mini headstones are available in 5 different shapes and 3 different colours..
Our experienced graphic designers have selected the most appropriate fonts which are easy to read once engraved. If you would like a specific font please call to speak to our design team after placing your order.
Typically we require the following information:
Name, Date of Birth and Date of Death, Age.
A brief eulogy which can include family members names and information about your loved ones life; achievements, hobbies, etc.
We ask for a photograph of your loved one which can be engraved on to the plaque. However, if one cannot be provided, or is in too low quality we can add a symbol of your choice such as a dove, a cross, a star. etc.
Absolutely! We recognise that your furbabies are family too and deserve a beautiful memorial keepsake too.

Non-wooden plaques can have a gold or silver finish. Epoxy hearts are available in a variety of colours.
Absolutely, just let us know what you would like to write.
Our design team will copy and paste all the information from your order form. Please ensure your spellings are correct at the time of order. If our team picks up on a potential spelling error we will contact you before the engraving process, as changes cannot be made after production has started and you will still be charged for this order.
